Took care of the issues with my car and did not over change

Trustworthy and reasonable, what more could I have asked for. They even followed up with me about the status of my vehicle a couple weeks after the work had been completed. I love dealing with someone local!

I live in Texas, I was on vacation, many miles from home, and I suspected my fuel pump was going out and would leave me on the side of the road where I would have poor or no phone coverage. I know a bit about cars myself, but away from your own garage, you kind of have to trust others. I took my vehicle in to Goff's to get it checked out. They got it right in, did a diagnostic, and found no problem. But being a novice mechanic myself, I knew the symptoms of a fuel pump going bad. Some problems don't give you a check engine light, and a weak fuel pump is one of them. So I had them replace it. It was an overnight issue, as the part was in Denver. They had it fixed the next morning, and I was on my way. Being a Napa auto repair center, there is also a guarantee on the work they do, which is a bonus! I would recomend going to Groff's. I'll probably never need work done again in Colorado Springs, CO, but if I do, I will be sure to go here!

I was referred to Groff's by my good friend Wendy LaBree. I contacted Brian about the problem I was having with my 1990 Ford F250. He knew exactly what was wrong from my description. I dropped the truck off on Thursday and picked it up Friday. It ran better on the way home than it had in months. Great job guys and gals !!

These guys are honest, accountable, and friendly. Most importantly they communicate clearly and effectively. Dependable, friendly and honest service! Brian will tell you what needs to be done with your car and if it needs to be done right away or if you can wait a little bit. He is not out just to get your money. I highly recommend him. He is a quality guy and very trustworthy!

Groff's is an established business that has been around for a long time. The receptionist was very friendly, both on the phone and in person. Our car was fixed same day, and the price was fair. They are VERY professional on all counts!
