Took my jeep to Groffs one day and an hour later gave me the reason why my car kept dieing out. Next day got the part and fixed what needed to be done. Called me that same day to pick up my jeep. Impressive to me. Thank you Mike and Shanda!

I've been going to the big chain shops because i didnt know any local family owned shops. My jeep has been dealing with a mystery symptom. I've taken the jeep in for the same issues for a couple months now to the big chain shop. After spending a good amount of money for a recent repair there and being promised that the issue has been solved, ive had enough. It was not fixed. I person i work with and who i trust, told me about Groff. He swore that they will not rip me off and that they will find and fix the problem on the first try. After a quick search of the business and my friend telling me that they use to own jeeps, i scheduled an appointment and never looked back. They found and repaired the problem in 1 day while it took the other shop months with no repair. It is safe to say that i am now and will be a long time customer and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
