I can't even express how greatful I am for Groff's!! They went above and beyond to repair my car for me and we're absolutely awesome from the second I walked through the door. Took vehicle in after experiencing transmission problems. Thought I might be looking at a transmission replacement. They kept it for a few days and discovered that it was just low on fluid. They were honest and didn't take me for the $4000 I was expecting to pay. They also corrected an emissions problem a well known shop couldn't figure out. My vehicle now runs like new! I highly recommend Groff's and will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. They work on your vehicle like it is one of their own.

As always, Groff's has serviced my vehicle professionally and with a quality that I have come to depend upon over the past 30 plus years. Their honesty and integrity keep me coming back time after time. I have recommend them to many of my friends and my entire family uses their services. My children who have moved away use Groff's as their barometer for finding an automotive garage in their area. I will not take my vehicle to any other repair shop.

My sons car had an AC problem and was being deployed the next day and had a 20 hour drive ahead of him, he had one quote ($1300) to replace the AC compressor, which I was fairly sure not the actual problem but did not have the time to look at it, Your crew ordered a replacement compressor as to not delay repairs, when he dropped the vehicle off you found that the compressor hub bolt had fallen out and was causing the problem. You reinstalled a bolt and charged him less than $300. Excellent customer service, I will recommend others to you when I have the chance. Thank You!

Mike is very thorough in his evaluation of possible problems with your vehicle. He identified several problems that could be serious down the road. He also furnished an estimate of the cost of repair. I was not aware of the problems until he found them during his inspection. Would recommend him highly.

I can not say it enough - there ishould not a more honest , more professional ,more reliable , and more friendly place , in any direction , then GROFF'S auto repair shop around . Me , my family , friends , and new people , I direct to this s hop ,will not have a single thing to complain about. They are always professional. They will always listen , even to unprofessional explanations , of a customer's virsion's , of what they think, their car is doing . Never , ever , will you feel silly , or what you a real saying , is not important. The oposit,. Th i s Shop may charge a little extra , then the BIG shops ,but that's understandable , because they are much small. But I granty you - that difference , is made up , by soooo much more. Give it a try - you will not regret it !!!!
