I've been going to Groff's both personally and professionally for at least 17 years. They have always been very professional and upfront. I've never come away feeling that I was taken advantage of or oversold.

Awesome service by the front office, especially Jamie who always told me everything that was going on, both good and bad. The part and maintenance took longer than expected but Mike made sure the part was up to par and in no way was the delay the companies fault. Excellent all the way around and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs great service.

Have had some extensive work done on my F150 Ford. All work has been completed on time and at the estimated cost. Mike is excellent at discovering unseen problems. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Plain and simple, Groff's was fantastic. I have a 1997 Jeep TJ I picked up several months ago as an inclement weather vehicle and it needed some work ahead of the upcoming Winter season. Not only did they take care of the minor issues I was aware of, but they were able to spot and correct a number of substantial issues with the vehicle, replacing a number of parts that had rusted over the years. The team at Groff's worked to keep me as close to the original quote as possible while ensuring I had a safe, reliable vehicle to take home. Jaime kept me up-to-date throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop, sparing no details and always happy to answer questions. I can't be more happy with the work and customer service at Groff's - easily my best experience with any vehicle repair shop, hands down.

I've had several issues with my work van and Groffs has been the best experience I've had of any other shop I've used. They put a new brake system on my van and I've been in several times since with other issues and they always take care of me (even remembering my name). Recently bought my son a 2000 Nissan Xterra. As my new job is just down the road from Groff's, seemed like a new car inspection was a wonderful way to start a relationship with a new auto shop. Groff's being a NAPA certified shop gave me the confidence to try them out. They got me right in and found every issue I knew about the car and a few more. Jamie was very thorough with her report and we are able to set up a maintenance schedule. Wonderful people down there, clean shop, detailed quotes, very good communication, fair pricing.
