Groffs team got vehicle taken in and care of before we went out of state For trip. I had some trouble otw and had to get some work done and groffs made sure we were taken care of in every way and love the customer service and work provided. Car runs great now and all Is well and we were able to See family for holiday. Thanks again Groffs team. Happy new year

Tried to get pricing over the phone. He didn’t take the time to listen to my issue I will be going elsewhere

We apologize for the experience Wade. No one should ever feel unimportant however, we do not typically do estimates over the phone as they aren't as specific and they should be. Pricing can be difficult if we can't see what the actual problem is and over the phone isn't always conducive for the customer. However, that's no excuse for any of our employees to not listen to a customer or give them the time they expect and deserve. Awesome service by the front office, especially Jamie who always told me everything that was going on, both good and bad. The part and maintenance took longer than expected but Mike made sure the part was up to par and in no way was the delay the companies fault. Excellent all the way around and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs great service.

Have had some extensive work done on my F150 Ford. All work has been completed on time and at the estimated cost. Mike is excellent at discovering unseen problems. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Plain and simple, Groff's was fantastic. I have a 1997 Jeep TJ I picked up several months ago as an inclement weather vehicle and it needed some work ahead of the upcoming Winter season. Not only did they take care of the minor issues I was aware of, but they were able to spot and correct a number of substantial issues with the vehicle, replacing a number of parts that had rusted over the years. The team at Groff's worked to keep me as close to the original quote as possible while ensuring I had a safe, reliable vehicle to take home. Jaime kept me up-to-date throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop, sparing no details and always happy to answer questions. I can't be more happy with the work and customer service at Groff's - easily my best experience with any vehicle repair shop, hands down.

I've had several issues with my work van and Groffs has been the best experience I've had of any other shop I've used. They put a new brake system on my van and I've been in several times since with other issues and they always take care of me (even remembering my name). Will be their customer for ad long as I'm able to drive. Cody
