I have been taking my car to Groff's for about 3 yrs now every 6 months for oil change and over all inspection. As a senior citizen and a single woman I know I will never be taken advantage of by them. It is a great feeling knowing that and I feel the cost for the work is very reasonable and I know that they back up their work with no problems. Very friendly and respectful to me as a customer. If I don't understand the work that needs doing Brian/owner or Mike one of the main guy there will be more than helpful to explain the work to me without making me feel bad. I especially like the car service, this is a big help to me.

A little over a month ago I had some work done on my car. It ran about $2000. My radiator was taken out to get the work done. when the radiator was put back it was not put back correctly. my boyfriend said he noticed a leak on the right side of my car. he didn't tell me to take it in and i don't know a key from a lug nut. We went to illinois for a little over a week and when i got back iu drove my car. evidently it was totally dry and i didn't know it so it reheated. Needless to say the radiator cracked. if the work had been done properly in the beginning i wouldn't be out a couple of hundred bucks to fix it. i took it back to the garage but they didn't stand behind their work. i will never go there again. i trusted them to repair my car and instead they messed it up which left me stranded. i had to get it towed home so my boyfriend could look at it when he got home from work.

Had a funeral to attend and at the last minute I had a problem with my vehicle. Contacted Groffs and Brian and Mike took the vehicle in with no appointment and had me back on the road in 2 hrs and I made it to the funeral in Alamosa with time to spare. I am very great full to the staff at Groffs. Thank you.
