They did a great job fixing my a.c when other shops couldn't. They were super friendly and open about every step we needed to take. I'll Definitely be going here again the next time I have an issue.

The entire crew was great with an older Jeep I have. I’ve been doing some weekend warrior work on it, not being a mechanic nor from a mechanically inclined family. They were thorough and courteous, taking the time to understand where I was coming from and what my goals for the vehicle are. They provided a complete overview, let me know how far along systems designed to wear out are, what needs immediate repair and that no major failures were imminent. I trust Brian and the crew and will bring my daily drivers to them in the future.

Mike did the necessary repairs on my vehicle to keep it running. He informed me of several options prior to starting work on my car. I recommend Groffs Automotive for when you need your car repaired. Plus Groffs Automotive has a shuttle service.

I have been taking my car to Groff's for about 3 yrs now every 6 months for oil change and over all inspection. As a senior citizen and a single woman I know I will never be taken advantage of by them. It is a great feeling knowing that and I feel the cost for the work is very reasonable and I know that they back up their work with no problems. Very friendly and respectful to me as a customer. If I don't understand the work that needs doing Brian/owner or Mike one of the main guy there will be more than helpful to explain the work to me without making me feel bad. I especially like the car service, this is a big help to me.
