I'm so glad I found a place I can trust! I recently bought a used truck and made the mistake of buying the additional warranty. It's like car dealerships refuse to break that 1970s "used car salesman" stereotype! The first time I took my truck to the dealership for an oil change they told me I needed a lot of additional work, without even popping the hood. I took it to Groff's and they assured me the truck was fine and let me know what I did need. Everyone always complains that every auto place is too expensive. I thought it was a bit steep but I sleep good at night knowing I'm getting good, honest service!! You get what you pay for. I take care of my vehicles and I'm grateful for Groffs!

Great customer service and my car was fixed in a timely matter! Although $750 for programming and throttle body is overly expensive! Pay the diagnostic fee and get estimates elsewhere! Don't be pressured into anything! I would also look for a shop that is BBB accredited! Groffs is Not!! The reviews on the groffs website are very good! Although I'm skeptical who may be writting the reviews...mechanics?? Best of Luck Monte McKee
