The people at Groff's are amazing. I had my oil changed and a diagnostic run since my check engine light had come on & off. I was told I had carbon build up, but when I told them my husband had just put some additive in my gas, they said that explained the check engine light since it probably dislodged some carbon and there was nothing to worry about. I'm sure some other places would have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for services I did not need. It's nice to know I have an honest mechanic. Thanks Groff's!!! C.F.

I had changed the oil in my wife's vehicle, but apparently did not get the oil cap back on as securely as it needed to be - which resulted in a fair amount of engine oil being distributed under the hood. Thankfully, my wife noticed the missing cap before the engine sustained damage or the oil degraded hoses and belts, but there was a fine film of oil coating most of the exterior parts of the engine. So she called around and determined that Groff's offered a service to steam the engine. We took the vehicle there and Groff's was able to get the cleaning done the same day.

Always a pleasant experience whenever we bring our car(s) in - whether it be for a routine oil change or some other necessary repair. Trustworthy and honest!

The team at Groff's was awesome. I went in for an oil change and diagnostic on an alignment repair. I even got my damaged fuel door fixed and reinstalled. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and in writing. I got a ride back to work and my vehicle was ready much sooner than expected. Best customer service I have experienced with a mechanic in a long time. I will definitely be a return customer.
