Over priced and told me to be there with my car at 8:30. Stupid me, I guess, thought it was an appointment. No one bothered to tell me my car would be there ALL DAY!!! I called about progress of my diagnostic but got the feeling that the more $$$ they'll make, the faster your car gets done. I was told they don't make appointments. Would have been nice to know this BEFORE I left my car there. I had things to do. I WILL NOT be going there again.

Brian and his team are really an exceptional group. They work hard to make a correct diagnostic evaluation and estimate for repairs. Their work is spot on. My repairs have always been completed to my satisfaction and never over estimated cost. Over the past 2 years I have replaced a timing belt, an AC belt, rack and pinion, CV axle, and a transmission service. I own a 2003 Subaru Forester with 144,000 miles. They keep it running tip top. It's my daily driver and they take care of the little car that I depend on so much. Thanks Brian!

Had a emergency problem with my vehicle and did not have an appointment. Dave squeezed me on to their tight schedule and and got my vehicle in running condition ASAP. Mike did an outstanding job of getting me back on the road despite having a full schedule. Groffs did a wonderful job. I am very thankful . However, I expected no less. I have been a customer for two years and have always received outstanding service.

Groff's completed an oil change for us and was able to identify things that needed repair in our engine. They helped us prioritize what was most urgent to fix on our vehicle which allowed us to plan accordingly to determine our next steps. There was no hard sell, no talking down to us.
