They had great customer service. I took my car in and there was a must take in parts but they got it fixed right away and I didn't have to wait for my car. They personally delivered my car to my house. I would highly recommend Groffs to everyone.

I don't know why I hadn't taken my Jeep in to Groffs sooner. After taking it to the dealership 4 separate times only to keep having the same problem. Groffs took the time to find the problem and fix it. The cost was very reasonable and the staff is so friendly. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
