Everyone at Groff's is always professional and polite. Even if the shop wasn't down the street from the house we would still bring our vehicles in. Prices are fair and work is done in a very timely manner. We couldn't be more happy with Groffs .

I had a problem with a rear strut that Groff's had replaced just over a year ago. They checked it out, found that it was defective and replaced it. I was called when the work was done and was told that they heard a minor noise from the other rear strut and were going to replace it was well. This was done timely and at no cost. It may seem like this is what Groff's should have done, but I feel they went out of their way to make sure everything was correct. Groff's probably could have put off replacing the strut since it wasn't a noticeable problem but they took the time to do the right thing. I've always had great service and workmanship at Groff's.

I took my car here because I heard they are a great automotive repair company with reasonable rates. I had my R&P repaired and a month later my fuel pump. Dave was very straightforward in estimates/cost and did not make any promises he could not deliver on. Thanks guys.
