COLORADO SPRINGS AUTO REPAIR

Went in on a Monday with a “Check Engine” light on. Drive it back off their lot by Tuesday afternoon, all fixed up. They knew what the issue was when I explained the problem, and they didn’t try to sell me on some extra BS work that didn’t really need to be done, just to line their own pockets. They also CALLED me with updates, not just leaving vague emails or texts. If I have any future car issues, I’ll be contacting them.

These guys are exceptional! Always friendly and understanding. In all the times I've taken multiple vehicles here I've always felt they were honest with me. I've never seen a cleaner auto shop, they obviously take pride in their shop, work and customers. Great group!

Always fair and upfront.

Groff’s Auto is our family’s automotive shop. We’ve been customers for years and years. You are always treated like family. The owner, Brian, will call you himself to explain what needs to be done. The whole team is very knowledgeable and friendly. 5-stars :)

As usual, Groff's provided repairs in acceptable time and at a reasonable cost. The folks there are friendly, as well. I use them for all our vehicle (four domestics) repairs and maintenance, and have for many years. Highly recommended, and especially over any dealerships. If you haven't yet found "your" mechanic, give Groff's a try.
