I had an appt to drop off my vehicle at 8, but didn’t hear anything back until I called about 1, they were just getting to my car. They did have a shuttle that took me to work which was very nice of them and the manager was nice as well. They had to replace. Pulley which once they discovered the problem, they were able to fix promptly within the hour. What bothered me was when I made the appt, he said there was a fee to look at it, but that would be waived if I opted to fix it with them. When I was given my total it included the evaluation fee which they did take off once I mentioned my conversation when I made the appt, it just bothered me because I feel like there needs to be consistency with that, either you waive it if the repair is done by Groffs or you don’t, but don’t try to add it in and see. Also, my passenger side window has been stuck, is electronic and does not roll down however it is now cracked and opened, and will not go back up, I can only assume Groffs tried to roll it down for whatever reason, and discovered it didn’t work but left it now cracked and did not mention it to me. At least mention it to me so that I know there is a breach and gap now in my window. In their defense I didn’t tell them it didn’t work because I didn’t think I had to, why would they need the window down on the passenger side to fix a noise under the hood on the drivers side. Now I have to pay to get that fixed sooner than later since winter is approaching. Other than that, I felt it was a decent place. Friendly staff.
