I brought in my 2012 Scion xB yesterday for its first general maintenance appointment at Groff's Automotive. I really appreciated their no-nonsense approach with me. Being a female, dealing with mechanics can prove to be challenging, but I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being falsely lead to spend my life savings on unnecessary vehicle repairs. You can tell that they really care about and value their customers, and I'm happy that we've found such reliable and friendly mechanics so close to our home!

I'd taken my 2000 Cherokee to a mechanic, who was more of the shade-tree-type rather than a fully professional shop like Groff's. Somehow, fuel feed hoses weren't replaced properly and a piece to protect the steering column was dislodged, leading to road noises and what I'd thought was a different engine noise. It concerned me enough to not drive my Jeep. I'd spoken with the local owner of FN Jeep, who told me he trusted Groff's for his work. I've been happy ever since taking that advice.

Service is top priority at Groffs, they were screaming busy and fixed my pickup right away after it came in on a tow truck. I'm a loyal customer for sure!

My son’s mustang needed some work done and we immediately had it towed to Groffs. The tow truck put it in a difficult spot and with it being so damaged they couldn’t move it again without fear of causing body damage. And then it snowed. But Brian and Dave worked on the car, in the freezing cold, OUTSIDE! They didn’t even risk trying to move the car!!! When my son called to ask questions about repairs while it was being done (he’s only 17), Dave explained it all without hesitation. When I sent my son to get his car after the work was done, again, Dave took his time and went over everything and then some with him. We always go to Groffs. Never think of going anyplace else. Thank you guys for always being so good to us!!

My son hit a curb in his 2018 Civic and needed a lot of new parts. Stopped in to see if they could press a new wheel bearing into a new knuckle for me. They jumped on it right away charging me a fraction of what another shop wanted to do it. I was able to get the new parts installed and took it back a few hours later for them to do an alignment. Got the alignment done in about an hour and car is good as new. Both Sam and Dave are great guys and helped make sure my sons car was good to go. Didn’t try to sell me more parts and were very professional. Will definitely be going back for more automotive needs.

Outstanding Service... Professional every step of the way. Basically had the front suspension rebuilt, engine serviced and tuned up. Alignment and New Tires(didn't know they were BAD)...All in All the 4 Runner drives like a NEW ride, and it's Guaranteed....how do you beat that ?
