If you are looking for automotive service that is above and beyond, then you search is over. What I look for when it comes to auto repair is honesty, integrity, and spot on professionalism! When it comes to repair, they fix what needs to be fixed, and nothing more. None of this b bone connected to the c bone bull that some repair shops pull! I call these tactics, replacement mechanics. They replace till they get it right! I have learned at Groff’s that the professionals work there. They tell you what needs to fixed, and they fix just that. And it stays fixed! And at a fair price! Now I know that nothing is perfect, but I have been using Groff’s for years and have never had to address any repair a second time. During the coronavirus, my car would not start. No doubt from being parked for a long period. I called Groff’s and their proactive measures to fit the virus guidelines were in place. Long story short, they picked up my car, took it to the shop, replaced the battery, checked the electric system, returned the car to me at my home. And did all this without any personal contact!! I would still be stuck without a car if it had not been for them. By the way, I had a 3 year battery in a car for 9 years. My bad-and bad timing for sure. Sorry for the long review.
