These guys are honest and know their stuff. They won't do anything that's not necessary. Also as a woman, I felt totally comfortable there. They listened to me, explained everything and were completely up front about service. I don't hesitate to recommend them :-)

“Service suspension“ message came up on my dash which it has never done so I feared something expensive was around the corner thanks to the terrible GMC Magneride. Groffs worked some dark magic and quickly discovered it was ONE WIRE!!! causing the problem. So they were able to quickly fix it and done! They never tried to sell me anything or turn it into a bigger issue than it was. SOLID WORK I TRUST! JD

This is the third time I've used Groff's and they have become my "go to" repair shop. In all my business dealings with them, they are credible and effective in all their dealings. I highly recommend them.
